Poster Printing
Note (August 15, 2025):
Posters submitted to West Atlanta Print Shop flagged with at least the ISES/ISEE name by EOD 8/13 are in organizer hands and will be available for pickup at meeting registration. If you submitted a poster for ISES-ISEE 2025 to West Atlanta Print Shop on 8/14 or 8/15, volunteers will return to pick up any available by close of business today. Otherwise, you may need to make arrangements for a pickup on Monday.
Local poster printing options
The Joint Meeting planners have identified local sites to print posters for attendees who may prefer not to bring their posters from their home location.
FedEx
Federal Express offers two convenient locations: one directly at the conference venue (Hyatt Regency Atlanta), and another just a 5-minute walk away.
For US-Based Attendees:

For International Attendees:
- International attendees can utilize the ISES-ISEE Scientific Poster Order Form to place their orders.

West End Atlanta Print Shop
ISES-ISEE 2025 offers a free pickup service through the local West End Atlanta Print Shop. Your printed poster will be picked up by ISES-ISEE volunteers and delivered directly to the conference site for your convenience. Posters will be available for pick-up at the registration desk.

Printing Instructions for free pickup:
- Order Deadline: Submit your order no later than August 8, 2025.
- Pickup Note: Your order must include the following exact note:
“ISES-ISEE 2025 for pick up on 8/15/2025 by M. Marder.” - Late Orders: Posters ordered after the deadline will not be delivered by West End Atlanta Print Shop. However, if authorized, they can provide your poster to a courier service for an additional fee.
- Pickup & Delivery: Posters will be collected on August 15, 2025, by ISES-ISEE volunteers and delivered to the conference site.
