Tips to help you feel safe and comfortable:
  • Keep valuables with you; watch out for pickpockets; don’t leave bags unattended.
  • Stay in well-lit, busy areas, especially at night; walk with others when possible.
  • Public Wi-Fi: use VPN when possible; avoid sensitive transactions.
  • Firearms may be carried legally in public in Georgia, but are not permitted inside the hotel and meeting venue.
  • Wear your name badge only inside the meeting venue.
  • Facial recognition cameras are in use in public areas around the city.
  • In case of emergency, call 911 (police, fire, ambulance).
  • If you see something, say something: Connect with Hyatt Security from any conference room by dialing 55 in the phones in the meeting rooms, or by alerting any member of Hyatt staff.
