Poster Presentation Guidelines
General Poster Guidelines
- All abstracts accepted for poster presentation must be prepared as both printed posters and e-posters.
- Late-breaking abstracts will be presented as e-posters only.
- The abstract title, author(s), and affiliation(s) must appear at the top of the poster.
- Important: Clearly display your poster number in the upper left corner of the poster.
- All posters must be written entirely in English.
Printed posters
- Format & Size: Portrait orientation, 42″ (height) × 30″ (width) – approximately 107 cm (height) × 76 cm (width)
- Recommended Resolution: 150–300 dpi (for optimal print quality)
- Fixing Material: Will be provided onsite at the poster boards
- Presentation: Poster presenters are kindly requested to be present at their poster during the assigned Poster Viewing Session to engage in discussions.
- Mounting & Removal Policy: Posters may be mounted on the morning of your assigned Poster Session day and must be removed by the end of that same day. Posters left behind will be removed and disposed of by the organizers. A disposal fee of $25.00 USD will be charged to the main author.
E-posters
- Format & Size: Portrait orientation, 42″ (height) × 30″ (width) – approximately 107 cm (height) × 76 cm (width)
- Recommended Resolution: 72 dpi (suitable for screen display)
- File Format & Size: PDF (no password protection), max. 20 MB
- Display: E-posters will be accessible at dedicated e-poster terminals throughout the entire congress.
- Upload Instructions: Upload is now open for all accepted posters. Please log in to your abstract submission account, go to “Submissions” and click “Upload.” All necessary instructions will be displayed automatically.
- Upload Deadline: August 14, 2025

Posters submitted for the SNR(N) poster competition must be uploaded to the poster competition platform additionally (deadline: August 8). Authors received instructions from the poster competition organizers via email on July 11 and July 28.
How to make your presentations accessible for all audiences:
Font:
Use sans-serif fonts for better readability, such as:
- Arial
- Calibri
- Helvetica
- Verdana
Text Size:
Poster text should be easily legible from a distance of 3-6 feet (approximately 1-2 meters). Recommended font sizes:
- Title: 158 pt (minimum: 72 pt)
- Section Titles: 56 pt (minimum: 46 pt)
- Body Text: 36 pt (minimum: 24 pt)
Color Contrast:
Use high-contrast color combinations to enhance the visibility of text and visuals.
QR Code:
If your content exceeds the available space, consider adding a QR code that links to a document with more information.
Official meeting graphics:
If you would like to visually match your poster to the official design of the joint meeting, feel free to use our official meeting graphics. The use of these visuals is entirely optional.
To download a file, simply click on the graphic you would like to use.
A pop-up window will open, where you can right-click and select “Save as” to download the image to your computer.
